  • You receive the delivery of a wrong item from us.
  • The item delivered is not found in the best of its conditions.
  • The lost of package during transit.
  • Item delivered in expired status.
  • The price that was charged was more than the actual price.

Terms and conditions for acceptable return:

The items/goods that you are compelled to return us must be in unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged conditions and strictly in their original purchase conditions that including original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. The items found tampered in any way would not be considered returnable.

No Refunds will be made in case:

  • The item that you have ordered does not match to your color criteria due to the problematic display of your monitor.
  • The address for delivery to be found unfeasible or incorrect postal address.
  • You have provided us a post box number in place of a physically existing Postal/Courier address.
  • There is no availability of the receiver at the address that you have given to us for delivery of the product purchased.
  • Refusal by the concerned person who has been assigned to receive the order.
  • The product delivered is found damaged on return.

To make a return of any product in the light of any reason, you have to inform us in writing at care@click2door.com within 24hrs of receiving the package. It would be highly appreciable if you send us an image of the product. After that you have to wait for our revert containing the relevant particulars. The mode of payment for return would be as that of chosen by you while making an order at click2door.com. We make untiring efforts to make you feel safe regarding the refund of your payment.
