Cancellation Policy

We, at click2door, make all out efforts to ship all the orders timely and safely; but still there may be some circumstances that may result in the unexpected cancellation of the order.

Some of the reasons are as follow:

  • Non availability of the product that you have ordered in the concerned merchant’s stock.
  • Non availability of the numbers/quantity of the products that you have ordered.
  • Non finding of the address given by you while placing the order.
  • If area of the customer lies in the in the non serviceable region because the reach of courier services is still limited to metro to metro cities and mini metro to mini metro cities.
  • Wrong or incomplete address given by you while placing the order.
  • Wrong notion of any particular ongoing scheme or offer inspired by which the order has been placed.

Sometimes, we need some additional information before accepting orders. This is because we want to be sure that the order being placed is genuine and serious. You are expected to co-operate with us in the process and not to take otherwise for that because online business has its own ways for smooth operations.

Cancellations by the Customer

If a customer wants to cancel the order, important points are as follow:

In case any customer wants to cancel his or her order in the light of some unavoidable circumstances, the cancellation notice should be sent within 24 hrs from the time point the order was placed. It would be difficult for us to postpone your order if the cancellation comes to us beyond the duration of 24hrs. Order once processed cannot be cancelled.
